What does this error mean?
Upon subscribing to a bot, the Mizar trading engine will establish a connection with the exchange to manage orders based on the bot's settings and trading signals. However, if there are issues while trying to open or close an order, an error will be prompted. Various reasons could cause such errors, which are summarized below. Additionally, for each known error, we provide guidance on how to rectify it.
Known Error types
- Insufficient Funds Available: If you do not have sufficient funds in your exchange, it may not be possible to open a new order. For instance, if your bot is purchasing BTC with USDT, you must have enough USDT available in your exchange. Ensure that your funds are not already allocated to other open orders, that are in the right trading account, or deposit additional funds into your exchange. For further information, please refer to this resource.
- Order Amount Below Minimum: In general, orders have varying order size limits, which can change depending on the market, pairs, and exchange. Orders cannot be opened if the size is below the threshold. Read this resource to learn how to fix this error.
