API Keys Authentication: It was not possible to communicate with your exchange account.
What does this error mean?
Subscribing to a bot initiates the opening and closing of orders on your behalf, based on trading signals and bot settings, on the selected exchange.
If an authentication failure occurs between the exchange and Mizar during trading activities, it will result in an API Keys Authentication error.
What could be the potential reasons for this?
- Expired or invalid API keys, or keys that have been deleted on the exchange.
- Invalid or outdated whitelisted IP addresses.
- Incorrect trading permission settings.
How to fix this?
If any of these situations occur, we recommend creating new API keys on your exchange and updating your existing keys. Please refer to our guide here on updating API keys for further assistance.
IMPORTANT: The error notification will disappear only after the subscription attempts to open or close an order, even if you have already resolved the error.
