Position Mode - FUTURES: there was an error while checking your positions Hedge Mode.
What does this error mean?
When using an exchange that supports Hedge Mode for Futures (such as Binance, OKX, Bitget, and others) and selecting Hedge mode during the creation of your API keys on Mizar, tests are conducted to establish a connection. Mizar will open and close an order on your exchange in Hedge Mode as part of this process. If any issues arise during this operation, the connection will be unsuccessful.
What could be the potential reasons for this?
- The API keys created do not support Hedge Mode.
- There are already open orders in your sub-account using One-way Mode.
How to fix this?
- Generate new exchange keys on a trading account or sub-account that has Hedge Mode enabled.
- Close all open orders on the trading account or sub-account where the API keys for Hedge Mode have been created.
If you have completed all of the aforementioned steps, it is possible that the connection between Mizar and the exchange has failed for an unknown reason. In such instances, try to reconnect your API keys.
